Description
Because eating will always be a pleasure, it is the closing of the perfect trilogy in cookbooks, since cooking here reflects love, dedication, devotion and generosity.
The present work integrates this Mexican culinary culture of food to our national festivities, through which it brings together identity, beliefs and customs that give cohesion to social and family life. Thus, in these pages, our different traditions are celebrated with typical recipes, such as pan de muerto or chiles en nogada, combined with international dishes, such as Italian risotto or French créme brûlée.
